Geosciences Expertise
Our geology department judges new prospects in two ways. First, they look to areas with established, producing wells. By drilling next to known, successful wells, we increase the likelihood of selecting another valuable location. Decisions are rendered by analyzing the well logs, historical data, subsurface formations, production trends and how long that area has already been producing. Second, prospect proposals are submitted to our company every single day. Our geologists review the information submitted from external sources to determine the probability of a successful well. This decision is based on data as well as the reputation of the company, client’s needs, and more. 

We partner with operating companies to drill and produce the well. However, our geology department continuously tracks the progress of the well, giving feedback to the operating company to trouble shoot obstacles.
