Guardian Oil & Gas, Inc. is a privately held non-operating oil and gas exploration and development company located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. First established in 1996 as Mullins & White Energy, Inc., we generate our own prospects and actively seek non-operated industry prospects primarily in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast region. We prefer to venture with operating companies with broad engineering and operating experience and a proven track record of success. We add value to prospects through our in house land and geosciences expertise.

Since 1996, we have been involved in over 200 wells. Our wells have produced 10.7 million barrels of oil and 81.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas. Guardian Oil & Gas has holdings in 17 states.
