Overview Guardian Oil & Gas, Inc. is a privately held non-operating oil and gas exploration and development company located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. First established in 1996 as Mullins & White Energy, Inc., we generate our own prospects and actively seek non-operated industry prospects primarily in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast region. We prefer to venture with operating companies with broad engineering and operating experience and a proven track record of success. We add value to prospects through our in house land and geosciences expertise. History Guardian Oil & Gas, Inc. was established in 1996 as Mullins & White Energy, Inc. Through our successful plays in oil and gas wells, our company has grown from just two people to over 60 employees. We have grown at a vigorous rate in the last 12 years and we look daily at future prospects to continue our aggressive growth. Currently, Guardian maintains land holdings in over 17 states. |
